The future of hybrid work

On the topic of hybrid work of the future, SOFCO conducted a workshop with representatives from the partner companies on 28 November.

The workshop was held at the Helios co-working office, with representatives from the partner companies Castellum, COOR, GoToWork, Tenat and Partner and Hässelby Blommor/NAAVA.

Together we discussed challenges in working life after the pandemic such as:

To be an attractive employer that offers flexible hybrid work

A clear "why" employees and managers must/should be in the office for certain tasks or part of the working week

What brings employees to the office (being affirmed, feeling good, social interactions, access to the gym and good food)

How to create a sense of autonomy, well-being and sustainability for employees

How to balance the needs of the individual and the organization

How new employees should feel a sense of belonging, learn the job and the culture

The importance of innovation, professional development and collaboration

Challenges with leadership and self-leadership when working in another location.
